Locating the Lot Code and Best Before Date

When submitting your inquiry, please provide as much detail as possible. Follow the guide below to locate the lot code and best before (BB) date for your product.

Where is the best before date?

  • Dry food bags: You can find the BB date on the pack panel.

  • Wet food Tetra Paks: The best by date is located on the top panel of the carton.

  • Booster pouches: The exp. date is on the back of the pouch, at the very bottom beneath the barcode.

  • Treat pouches: You can find the best by date for treats on the back of the bag, towards the bottom right, just under the nutritional guarantee.

Where is the lot code?

  • Dry food bags: Locate the 14-digit on the back of the bag under the BB date.

  • Wet food Tetra Paks: Look for the 7-digit code on the top panel of the carton.

  • Booster pouches: For Booster recipes, please submit the production date located on the back of the pouch beneath the barcode.

  • Treat pouches: Please provide the best by date.
